Graphics & Multimedia

Department of Graphics & Multimedia

The Department of Graphics & Multimedia (G&M) equips students to design, animate, and communicate compelling visual stories across print, web, mobile, and interactive media. Blending creative practice with technical depth, our curriculum spans visual communication, branding, UI/UX, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, game-ready assets, VFX, digital photography, sound design, and immersive media.
Students learn industry workflows—from concept and pre-production to production and post—building a portfolio that is creative, ethical, and market-ready.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Graduates of the G&M program will:

  • Create high-quality visual and interactive media that solve real communication and product-design problems for organizations and communities.
  • Enter the creative industries (or graduate study) as ethical, entrepreneurial professionals—adaptable to local and global markets.
  • Demonstrate strong visual thinking, design research, and critical analysis using contemporary tools, pipelines, and standards.
  • Integrate cultural awareness and Islamic values into design practice to support nation-building, responsible storytelling, and social cohesion.
  • Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
